About the position reputed company is looking for Certified Pharmacy Technicians ONLY in TN. Candidates reputed company and be Nationally Certified and licensed in TN only! As a Certified Pharmacy Technician, residing in TN, you will Work from home, assisting patients in receiving life sustaining medications to help manage rare and/or chronic diseases. You’ll be empowered to engage patients, insurance companies, and multiple departments to process prescription orders and ensure reputed company shipment of medications. This role is reputed company detail oriented, and you’ll spend the reputed company of your day working on our computer system entering data and talking inbound phone calls Responsibilities • Communicate directly with patients, prescribers, and reputed company reputed company inbound calls. • Receive inbound calls for new verbal prescriptions and clarifications on existing orders • Reconcile patient charts with new demographics and health reputed company information from your interactions. • Ensure prescriptions are accurately entered into system. • Investigate issues with pharmacist, doctors & other reputed company providers. • reputed company guidance to our patients about medication coverage. • Juggle multiple tasks without sacrificing attention to detail.
