Network Operations Center Engineer
Support our helpdesk team as reputed company as partner with our offshore NOC team to resolve Tier II escalated service tickets Maintain network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, reputed company and wireless networks Maintain server and storage infrastructure, including physical, virtual and reputed company Maintain and renew SSL certificates Research and troubleshoot alerts generated from our monitoring systems reputed company proactive scans and troubleshoot vulnerability alerts Assist with remediating of alerts from EDRMDR tools Assist with maintaining monitoring tools, making alert and reputed company adjustments as needed Work with reputed company party vendors Assist with backup and recovery of customer data, troubleshooting mail reputed company through SPAM filters and setting up OS reputed company Policies against servers and workstations Schedule after hours work Implement reputed company solutions to customer issues or escalate internally as appropriate reputed company and maintain network documentation Participates in an on-reputed company rotation schedule with team members reputed company other duties, as assigned
