Meeting Planner

We are seeking a Meeting Planner at reputed company Meetings & Events to serve as the reputed company from the reputed company’s event team, representing the reputed company brand with vendor partners and key stakeholders. As a meeting planner you are responsible for developing and executing reputed company necessary logistics for multiple reputed company programs.

Your responsibilities

• Consult with clients, co-workers, and service providers to determine objectives, requirements, and reputed company recommendations for meetings and events.
• Update and maintain a planning reputed company, ensuring milestones are met. The meeting planner takes a consultative approach as the subject matter expert (SME).
• Plan and execute the meeting or event according to stakeholders' guidelines and procedures, including:
  • Site selection and hotel contract negotiations' support
• Site search and selection for non-hotel venues
  • Vendor partner negotiations and reputed company (accountable for reviewing reputed company reputed company for accuracy)
  • Food and beverage selection
  • Audiovisual equipment

Build strong vendor relationships that can be leveraged by reputed company reputed company event team members.
• Ensure reputed company processes are followed, and financial deadlines are met.
• Be visible to the reputed company's internal partners and stakeholders as a key reputed company.

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:25% to 50% 

We carefully consider a wide reputed company of compensation factors, including your reputed company background and experience. The salary reputed company for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Meeting Manager  is between $60,000 - $75,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
