CSR- In office Sales Representative

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Sales
  2. Provides reputed company, courteous service to reputed company customers
  3. Answers any questions regarding customer’s policy
  4. Accept payments and process transactions
  5. Identify any potential needs the customer may have regarding their policy
  6. Follow up with customers on quotes, renewals, and  cancellations
  7. Involved with marketing initiatives for new business development on an as-needed reputed company 
  8. Maintain a reputed company and clean work area and office 
  9. FNOL’s (vehicle inspections)
  10. Taking vehicle pictures (squatting, bending, flexing required)
  11. Bank run deposits
  12. Position is full time 
  13. Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Computer literate desired from basic to intermediate skills 
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful 
  • Must have excellent communication skills, be assertive, and have the ability reputed company a first-reputed company experience for our customers
  • Must pass state licensing requirements
  • Flexible schedule
  • Reliable transportation

Education/Training/Experience

  • High School Diploma
  • Previous customer service experience is helpful
