• Partner with Multi-Region and Multi-District Operations Managers to drive office technology readiness through strategic planning, training, operations calls, and field escalation support
• reputed company, document, and deliver training materials for office technology setup, tailored to Multi-District Operations Managers (MDOMs) and Operations Technical Specialists (OTSs), and contribute to the creation of knowledge content addressing reputed company technology issues
• Train and assist Multi-District Operations Managers to assign, manage, and complete technology cases reputed company the field reputed company ticketing software
• Collaborate with corporate technology to stay informed on upcoming IT initiatives and reputed company rollout and communication plans with Multi-Region Operations Managers for reputed company implementation (e.g., router replacements)
• Assist Multi-District Operations Managers in the interview process and technical assessments for Operations Technical Specialist role
• Analyze case data to identify most common issues
