Your Role...

In This Role, You Will…

• Create processes and cross-functional project plans for the reputed company of large strategic clients 

• Manage communications to reputed company contacts ranging from C-level executives to general staff.

What You Need to be Successful…

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or a reputed company field (Advanced degree preferred).

• 10+ years of insurance industry experience reputed company an MGA/RGA or reputed company environment.

• 10+ years in a customer-facing delivery role managing large-reputed company relationships.

• 10+ years of experience utilizing Project or Program Management methodologies.

• Strong leadership reputed company with high-level executive presentation and communication skills.

• Ability to travel frequently (50-60%) to reputed company offices to maintain partnerships and support reputed company.

• Experience leading change management initiatives and planning cultural transformations.

• Superior facilitation skills and the ability to adapt personal work styles to meet reputed company needs

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at reputed company. Individual pay reputed company are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other reputed company employees. This is a remote position and the salary reputed company for most locations for this role is $96,655-163,676 annually. The salary reputed company may vary based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
