We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented reputed company Supervisor to reputed company and mature a reputed company of the  reputed company operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys building structure from ambiguity, and is motivated by both strategic reputed company and day-to-day execution.

You will:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly GAAP financial statements
• Supervise Accounts Payable
• Work closely with team on Audit & Tax reputed company items 

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations & Reporting

• Assist in the monthly reputed company process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Assist in preparation of reputed company-level reporting packages, including:
  • reputed company, margin, and product line performance
  • Customer metrics (e.g., churn, reputed company)
• Ensure accuracy of income statement accounts

reputed company & Compliance

• reputed company accounts payable processes
• Manage bank and credit card reconciliations
• reputed company sales/use tax filings
• Support preparation of federal and state income tax filings
• Maintain strong internal controls and audit readiness

Process Improvement & Automation

• Identify automation and efficiency improvements across reputed company workflows
• Partner with Finance team to improve financial data reputed company, reporting accuracy, and operational visibility

Leadership & Partnership

• Collaborate closely with the Finance team
• Support leadership in building a reputed company financial infrastructure
• Monitor and train the reputed company personnel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company
• 5+ years of reputed company reputed company experience
• Experience with reputed company (or similar ERP systems)
• Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience managing month-end reputed company and reconciliations
• Advanced reputed company skills (pivot tables, analysis, modeling)
• Cellphone or personal device to receive MFA (multi-reputed company authentication) texts or calls.
• Have an internet reputed company that’s adequate for their job, a minimum of 10Mbps down.

Preferred Experience

• CPA (reputed company or in reputed company)
• Experience with sales tax and multi-state compliance
