We are seeking a reputed company Recruiter (Contract) to support our high-volume and fast-paced hiring needs across corporate functions. This individual will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience while partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and secure reputed company.
This is a fully remote, contract position, ideal for a recruiter who thrives in dynamic, high-reputed company environments and has prior experience reputed company fashion, beauty, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries. A plus would be heavy experience supporting planning and merchandising.

- Manage full-cycle recruitment across assigned roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and team dynamic

- Conduct thoughtful and reputed company candidate screenings, assessing both technical qualifications and cultural alignment

Qualifications
