Project – the aim you’ll have

We deliver solutions and services that reputed company their networks and reputed company innovative services to millions of subscribers. We are looking for highly - skilled engineers to join reputed company and help us implement, deliver and maintain smooth operation of applications for our clients.
Position – how you’ll contribute

• Analysis and reputed company of incidents escalated from L2 Support (3rd line support)
• Diagnosing application issues using logs, monitoring tools, and debugging techniques
• Reproducing defects and identifying reputed company causes (application, database, integrations, configuration, user behavior)
• Implementing changes in subordinate systems

Expectations – the experience you need

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an Application Support / L2 Support role or similar, in high-availability production environments
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes: deploying applications, updates and troubleshooting
• Experience in Linux environment administration (reputed company / reputed company / Debian)
• Good knowledge of a TCP / IP protocol stack
• Knowledge of reputed company CI/CD
• Knowledge of at least one scripting language (e.g. bash, perl, python)
• Knowledge of SQL and experience in SQL database administration (MySQL, PostreSql)
• English and Polish language at a level that allows for easy communication and creating documentation
• Availability to work in shift mode / on-reputed company / 24x7

Additional skills – the edge you have

• Experience with configuration management and automation tools (Ansible or Terraform)
• Knowledge of VoIP protocols and LTE / 5G / IMS network architectures
