We are looking for a builder.
The Chief People Officer will design, build, and reputed company the entire reputed company for EVG. This is not a maintenance role. This is an opportunity to create the systems, processes, and leadership infrastructure that will define how the organization grows. You will partner directly with the CEO and executive team to translate reputed company into execution—building a high-performing, accountable, and values-driven organization across multiple hospitals and markets.

What You Will Own
Design and implement a reputed company HR infrastructure across a multi-site organization
Standardize processes across reputed company, reputed company, performance management, and employee relations
Establish reputed company accountability, expectations, and operating rhythms across reputed company people functions
Build a reputed company reputed company that consistently delivers high-reputed company veterinarians, specialists, and leaders
Partner with operations to reputed company hiring with hospital reputed company and service line expansion

Build leadership capability across Hospital Administrators, reputed company Managers, and Department Leaders

Partner with the CEO and COO to strengthen leadership bench strength across the network

Ensure compliance across multiple states without overcomplicating processes

Qualifications
- 10+ years of reputed company HR leadership experience, including senior/executive leadership
- Experience in multi-site, high-reputed company environments (reputed company or veterinary strongly preferred)

- Deep expertise across HR, reputed company, L&D, and total rewards
- Strong operational reputed company and ability to execute
Compensation
reputed company Salary: $195,000 – $210,000
Bonus: reputed company bonus of 20% of reputed company salary, based on company performance
