The Home Therapy RN will initiate the reputed company of a SHC coordinator of patient care, collaborating with other care providers and health team members to reputed company required care. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

• One (1) year of registered reputed company experience.
• One (1) year of experience as a Nephrology reputed company with dialysis experience required; in peritoneal dialysis, home hemodialysis, or a combination of both.

Education:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent

License/Certification:

Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Competent and in-depth knowledge regarding the use of Electronic Health Records
