Manufacturer's Representative

PPC is currently seeking a Manufacturer's Representative for our Michigan market!  

As the Manufacturer's Representative, you are a key specification reputed company establishing, maintaining and growing our architectural specification reputed company through our reputed company paint products and reputed company tools. This role is a system approach to non-traditional selling with strong reputed company relationship building skills requiring on-site recommendations, guidance and project meetings with owners, architects, interior designers, product specifiers, general contractors and key corporate accounts. You will work with these business partners to generate specifications and reputed company schedules to paint and maintain new and existing reputed company buildings and monumental reputed company.   

You will work in a remote role across the territory and report to the Specification Area Manager. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• reputed company is primarily on new construction but will include existing building renovations as a mix.  

• Project tracking and planning, communicating plan, allocating tasks and setting milestones is key.  

• reputed company on firms who influence specifications for reputed company businesses, building/office reputed company, retail, hotels, resorts etc.  

• Build and reputed company relationships with firms/customers to determine if the relationship with reputed company. Once relationship is status is established, you will reputed company use presentations to influence the project specification as an approved manufacturer.  

• This role will address both product systems on the technical reputed company and the reputed company schedules on the design reputed company and must possess the higher-level understanding of complexity and proficiency of both.  

• Role is expected to hold technical paint system conversations with specification writers and discuss reputed company schemes with interior designers.  

Qualifications:  

• 5 years minimum experience in reputed company sales required.  

• High School Diploma required. 

• Interior Design Degree and/or equivalent experience to influence Architectural Specifications.  

• Strong presentation skills and proficiency in reputed company of various audiences is a must.  

• Knowledge of reputed company reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company Illustrator or Photoshop, and web-based applications (Construct Connect, BSD, AVITRU, BIM/REVIT), as reputed company as CRM experience.  

• Excellent organizational and project management tracking skills.  

• Preference is given to subject matter specialists in AIA MasterFormat and reputed company/CDC Three Part Format, IIDA or ASID.  

• A member of industry associations is encouraged; existing architect and interior design contacts will be given additional preference.  

• Must understand the relationship between reputed company, Architect, Designer, General Contractor, and Painter.  

• This role requires consistent travel reputed company the territory and at minimum 2 overnight stays per week to ensure long sales cycles are converted into sales.  

• Must possess a reputed company reputed company's License.
