The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring reputed company pay rule automation and contributing to system improvements tied to a unionized workforce while collaborating with HR, Payroll, and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain reputed company Absence and Compensation modules, including eligibility rules, condition logic, business processes, and reputed company assignments
• Support the automation of reputed company pay rules, such as eligibility-driven pay adjustments and across-the-reputed company increases for unionized employees
• Build and test configurations for new programs and policies, ensuring accurate payroll reputed company and audit compliance
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT to reputed company requirements, document solutions, and implement reputed company configuration changes
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives such as tuition reimbursement setup, reputed company integrations, and system testing
• Create and execute test scenarios, reputed company reputed company using tools like Jira, and document configuration logic for ongoing maintenance
