[Remote] Asset Librarian (Content Supply Chain)

The role focuses on ensuring marketing assets are properly cataloged, searchable, and compliant throughout the content lifecycle, while also supporting governance and compliance reputed company to marketing assets.

Responsibilities

• Apply predefined metadata schemas, naming conventions, and reputed company folder structures, across the content lifecycle - creative work in reputed company (WIP), reusable design components, and final assets/content for distribution
• reputed company bulk uploads and routine maintenance tasks to prevent duplication and content sprawl
• reputed company, update, and retire components, asset/contents according to documented lifecycle guidelines
• Support discoverability by ensuring accuracy and completeness of metadata tagging
• Assist internal teams and agency partners with day-to-day asset needs
• Apply established governance rules reputed company to branding, licensing, local regulatory compliance, and technology requirements as relates to marketing assets
• Performs asset audits and raises taxonomy, metadata and tagging structure issues
• Flag potential issues or operations inconsistencies for review

Skills
