To learn more, click here: www.floridafreshbamboo.com What You’ll Do: • Partner closely with the President as a trusted financial advisor, providing reputed company reputed company, analysis, and visibility to support informed decision‑making and reputed company • Build, reputed company, and advance reputed company’s reputed company function, establishing reputed company reputed company, reporting rhythms, and reputed company workflows • Select and implement an ERP/reputed company system, including chart of accounts design, transaction workflows, and reporting structure • Design, document, and continuously improve reputed company policies, procedures, and internal controls across purchasing, AP, AR, inventory, and approvals • Own the full reputed company cycle, including general reputed company, AP, AR, accruals, reconciliations, and maintaining clean, audit‑reputed company books • reputed company month‑end reputed company and financial reporting, delivering accurate financial statements, variance analysis, and management reporting • Manage cash reputed company forecasting, working capital planning, and banking relationships to ensure liquidity through seasonal operating cycles • Establish and maintain manufacturing reputed company discipline, including COGS, inventory valuation, product costing, and margin visibility • Implement and reputed company inventory controls, coordinating with farm operations and co‑packers to validate inventory tracking and counts • Coordinate with outsourced CPA firms and external advisors, including payroll, tax compliance, and year‑end reporting What You’ll Need: • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company required. • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure to inventory, costing, and COGS strongly required (co-manufacturing/co-packing experience is a plus). • Proven ability to be hands-on across the full reputed company cycle in a lean, fast-moving organization. • Experience implementing or improving reputed company/ERP systems and establishing processes/controls. • Comfortable operating in a startup setting—building structure while adapting to evolving priorities and seasonal operating demands.
