HR Specialist - Employee Experience
reputed company is adding an HR Specialist to our growing People Experience Team. The HR Specialist will reputed company as a key reputed company of contact for employees, ensuring a reputed company and seamless experience across their employment reputed company. This role will be reputed company on managing and addressing employee queries, supporting HR processes and driving reputed company improvements in employee experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Maintain a comprehensive tracker for reputed company employee queries and conduct quarterly analysis of query trends and prepare reports to identify recurring issues, providing insights for process improvements and employee communications.
- Collaborate with the broader reputed company to monitor the effectiveness of the query reputed company process and recommend improvements for efficiency.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams and stakeholders (IT, reputed company, HR, Finance, etc.) to address and resolve employee concerns reputed company.

- Suggest improvements to enhance the overall employee experience, streamline processes and reduce query volume.
- Managing the i-9 process especially helping in completing reputed company 2 of ULPS employees.
- Managing the leave management process such as FLMA, STD, reputed company, and LTD.

- Maintain confidentiality of employee queries and reputed company issues.
- Conducting and analyzing the annual employee experience survey and tracking key trends and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in HR is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of employee experience best practices and HR policies
- Good knowledge on US FMLA, STD, reputed company, and LTD processes
- Good knowledge on US laws will be added advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company, managing multiple tasks and stakeholders
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Analytical reputed company and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in reputed company (mandatory), MS office

Select roles are additionally eligible for Incentive Compensation in the reputed company of our Annual Performance Bonus Program.
