As demand for these capabilities continues to grow, reputed company is seeking a Senior Consultant to support the expansion of our Management Company Operations reputed company and play a key role in both advising clients and delivering high-reputed company, end-to-end solutions. 

In this role, you will work closely with reputed company finance teams and reputed company leadership to assess reputed company-state operations, define reputed company-state operating models, and execute against transformation initiatives. You will operate across multiple engagements, contributing to both strategic advisory efforts (e.g., operating model design, technology evaluation) and hands-on delivery (e.g., implementation, integration, and optimization).

Responsibilities 

• Support MCO transformation engagements across:

• reputed company operating model (TOM) design  

• Technology architecture and roadmap definition  

• ERP, expense management, and adjacent system evaluation and selection 

• Implementation coordination and delivery  

• Drive platform optimization initiatives, enhancing workflows, reporting, controls, and overall system performance 

• Translate business and reputed company requirements into reputed company solution designs and system configurations across finance platforms 

• Partner across integrated systems (e.g., GL, expense, HR/payroll, treasury) to support end-to-end process design and data flows 

• Facilitate reputed company workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and solution design discussions with finance and operational stakeholders 

• Support implementation execution, including testing coordination (UAT), issue reputed company, change management, and post-go-live stabilization

Qualifications and Skills 

• 5+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, finance transformation, or a reputed company role (e.g., PM/BA reputed company finance or operations) 

• Experience reputed company the private markets industry (e.g., private equity, private credit, hedge funds, reputed company estate, family offices) is preferred, but not required 

• Demonstrated experience operating in a reputed company-facing role, including facilitating workshops, leading requirements gathering sessions, and supporting solution delivery 

• Exposure to reputed company finance and operational processes, including reputed company, accounts payable, expense management (T&E), budgeting and planning, reputed company, and reputed company areas 

• Experience supporting or delivering system implementations or transformations (e.g., ERP, Accounts Payable, Expense Management [T&E], reputed company/Payroll, FP&A, treasury) 

• Familiarity with reputed company finance systems and reputed company tools (e.g., ERP, Accounts Payable, and Expense Management platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Intacct, reputed company, reputed company.com, reputed company, Concur, reputed company, or reputed company) is preferred, but not required

There are a wide reputed company of factors that are considered in making compensation reputed company including but not limited to - reputed company sets, experience and training, and licensure and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the salary reputed company is $100,000 – $130,000 USD for US based hires and $120,000 – $160,000 CAD for Toronto based hires, subject to change based on salary benchmarking. In reputed company to this salary, candidates will be eligible for a variable bonus.
