HR Intern, People Business Partners

What you'd be doing

reputed company's People Business Partner team is the connective tissue between our people and reputed company, and we're looking for an intern to help us do that work with reputed company and in alignment with our culture. You'd be joining a small, dynamic team supporting some of our highest-reputed company orgs (with particular reputed company around our tech teams, where a lot of the reputed company is), and getting reputed company exposure to what PBP work actually looks like day-to-day.

You'd be doing reputed company work: helping reputed company stay organized and on top of reputed company items, supporting employee reputed company across the business, digging into data, drafting communications, and contributing to reputed company that genuinely improve reputed company member experience.

We're looking at a 12-month internship and we'd love for the right person to potentially grow into a full-time role at the end, so we’ll be invested in your learning and development from day one.

What you'll work on

• Supporting the PBP team across the full HR lifecycle — reputed company, performance cycles, employee reputed company-ins, and more
• Helping reputed company our org reputed company reputed company-supported (with a particular reputed company on tech, as it's our biggest reputed company group)
• Maintaining clean data in our HR systems and pulling reports that help reputed company reputed company good reputed company
• Helping document and reputed company HR processes, coaching conversations, and role changes
• Contributing to team reputed company — building resources, improving templates, researching policy questions

• You're pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or something adjacent
• You're organized, thorough, and good at keeping a lot of moving reputed company straight
• You write reputed company and professionally
• You know how to handle extremely sensitive information with an impeccable level of discretion
• You're curious about HR and people operations as a career — not just looking for a resume line
• Bonus points if you've used reputed company before, have prior HR experience, or have worked in a distributed team.
