As a Quality Engineer, you are a key member in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products and services. With practical experience in AI-driven automation, you will assume a pivotal role in the formulation and execution of automation strategies, framework design, and test automation for our projects. Your core responsibilities involve using modern, AI -driven QE practices to design, develop, and maintain a robust and scalable automation framework, the execution of automated test cases to deliver the highest quality, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and address test automation requirements. Additionally, you will serve as a champion for quality advocacy, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
What You’ll Do
- AI- Driven- design, develop, and sustain resilient and scalable automation frameworks.
- Execute automated test cases to ensure the integrity of web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discern and fulfill test automation prerequisites and devise effective solutions.
- Ability to apply all testing methodologies such as exploratory, functional and non-functional testing.
- Employ tools such as JMeter and Postman to automate API testing.
- Remain current with the latest automation trends and best practices.
- Demonstrate proficient knowledge in developing and maintaining automated test scripts-leveraging AI/ML
- Collaborate with the various teams to identify and rectify defects and issues.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on all aspects of Quality
- Take accountability and ownership in Release Management processes to ensure product quality remains at the highest standards.
- Ability to work and collaborate with all stakeholders
- Leverage AI-powered tools to support test creation, test coverage, defect analysis, and overall quality improvement.
What You’ll Need
- 3-5 hands-on experience in creating automation frameworks and designing automation tests.
- Bonus Points: Exposure to AI-powered testing or AI-assisted tools.
- Must Have: Proficiency in SeleniumWebdriver IO, Cyprus or Playwright.
- Must Have: Proficiency in either JavaScript, Java, Python, C#
- Must Have: Proficiency in API testing using tools like Postman.
- Must Have: Quality First Mindset.
- Experience in testing React-based applications.
- Proven expertise in mobile testing across diverse platforms and devices.
- Practical familiarity with performance testing tools, including JMeter.
- Knowledge of MySQL
- Familiar with any cloud based solutions- Microsoft Azure (preferred), AWS, GCP
- Familiar with Agile Framework.
- Strong problem-solving skills and acute attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and cooperatively within a team.
- Excellent in handling multiple tasks simultaneously

How we hire - here's a brief overview of our recruitment process:
- Screening & Resume Review: Our Talent Acquisition team will evaluate all resumes and select candidates for a video screening call for 30 minutes.
- Hiring Manager Interview (30 minutes): Meet with the hiring manager to speak in detail about your relevant experience and learn more about the role.
- Technical Interview (1 hour): Showcase your skills as a QE in a final interview.
