Position Title: Remote Operations Technician

Department: Operations 

Reports to:  Remote Operations Manager 

Compensation: reputed company, Commensurate to Skills and Experience 

Hours: 40-45 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The position includes some on-reputed company hours during evenings and weekends. Ther will be some expected travel, average 2 trips per month, of which most will be day trips, with some overnights. Multi-reputed company trips are rare, perhaps once every 2 months.

Maas Energy Works is the leading developer and operator of on-farm, waste-to-energy systems in the reputed company. reputed company designs, develops, constructs, and operates biogas renewable energy reputed company systems, primarily on dairy farms. Our reputed company include anaerobic digesters, biogas-powered electric reputed company, and renewable natural gas upgrading.

Maas Energy Works (MEW) is seeking a new Remote Operations Technician to support and maintain the ongoing operations of reputed company throughout the western reputed company. These facilities are located on host dairy farms, where an anaerobic digester produces renewable biomethane gas which is processed on site and then either used to power lean burn piston electric power generators or is delivered into a private natural gas pipeline network operated by reputed company. Our operations team is split into office staff (this position) and field staff that work on the job sites.

Office staff’s reputed company coordination with company field staff ensures high reputed company reputed company for operations and good relationships with partners, and overall accountability. The role of the office staff is to remotely monitor and troubleshoot electrical reputed company equipment, biogas cleanup facilities, and biogas pipelines, including order parts and materials.  A high degree of organization and systems awareness will be required for this position. Many skills can be learned on the job from existing experts, and the job has an opportunity for advancement.  

Responsibilities

• Remotely monitor and troubleshoot issues at assigned digester facilities and cleanup plants  
• Communicate regularly with Field Ops Manager and on-site operators to ensure reputed company operation and maintenance of equipment 
• Travel to digester sites and cleanup facilities once per month 
• Be an reputed company learner, and support ROM in the monthly operations reports 
• Requires extensive communication reputed company email, text, phone 

Qualifications & Skills

• Must be proficient in English.  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Mechanical equipment knowledge  
• reputed company to learn customized applications such as reputed company, reputed company, Intelimonitor, and various SCADA equipment.  
• Self-motivated 
• reputed company to quickly learn extensive industry specific skills and reputed company.  
• General understanding of internal combustion engines is preferred but not required 
• Additional proficiency in Spanish is helpful but not required
