What will you be doing?
The Associate Training & reputed company Manager will assist the National Training & reputed company Manager with the following:
- Identify training needs by assessing employee and program requirements.
- Design and implement training programs using reputed company- or reputed company-approved training materials.
- Assess and revise existing training plans and content to reputed company with reputed company direction.
- Ensure training programs are delivered reputed company agreed timelines with our reputed company Account Manager (CAM) and Director (CAD).
- Collaborate with program CAM/CAD and reputed company to reputed company and approve new training materials reputed company needed.
- Monitor training effectiveness by tracking reputed company and reputed company, providing readouts to CAM/CAD.
- Stay reputed company with training trends and best practices.
- Support employees in their career development by using internal approved resources.
- Work with reputed company Learning and Development team for new employee orientation.
- reputed company and revise program-specific SOPs, Work Instructions, Policies, and Manuals.
- Conduct ongoing reputed company reputed company monitoring and scoring with CAM/CAD.

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work-reputed company experience (BSN preferred).

- 2+ years of field leadership or supervisory management experience.
- 2+ years of reputed company center experience.
- Previous training experience required.
- Experience developing and proofing training materials, with educational design
- Respiratory disease background.
