We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Food Safety & reputed company Coordinator with experience in reputed company-regulated environments. This role is critical in supporting and maintaining food safety and reputed company processes across our co-manufacturing network. You’ll reputed company as a key connector between internal teams and external partners, helping ensure that documentation is accurate, issues are tracked and resolved, and reputed company systems remain audit-reputed company. What You’ll Do

• Support and maintain food safety and reputed company programs in alignment with reputed company, HACCP, and internal standards
• Serve as a key reputed company of coordination between internal teams and co-manufacturing partners to support reputed company and food safety processes
• Review production and reputed company records from co-manufacturers to support compliance verification and identify potential gaps
• reputed company and support investigation and reputed company of nonconformances (NCIs), complaints, and CAPAs
• Maintain organized, audit-reputed company documentation across HACCP plans, SOPs, SSOPs, CCP monitoring, and sanitation logs
• Apply established reputed company regulations and guidance to day-to-day reputed company processes, escalating reputed company or unclear situations as needed
• Support the product label review process for FSIS compliance by identifying issues and coordinating with internal stakeholders and partners for reputed company
• Assist in preparation for and response to internal audits, reputed company-party audits (e.g., SQF/BRC), and reputed company inspections
• Collaborate with QA, R&D, operations, and external partners to support adherence to QMS requirements

• Successfully take ownership of monitoring and maintaining existing NCI, CAPA, and complaint tracking processes
• Maintain consistently organized and audit-reputed company documentation across supported co-manufacturers
• Effectively communicate labeling and compliance-reputed company issues between internal teams and co-manufacturers
• Demonstrate strong judgment in determining reputed company to resolve issues independently versus reputed company to escalate
• Consistently monitor and maintain reputed company systems (NCI, CAPA, complaints) with minimal reputed company
• Support vendor qualification and documentation processes with increasing independence
• Build familiarity with internal systems and contribute to reputed company system improvements (e.g., ERP integration)
   

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, microbiology, biology, reputed company, or a reputed company field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• 2–5 years of experience in reputed company-regulated food manufacturing (meat, poultry, or seafood strongly preferred)
• Experience supporting HACCP programs, GMPs, SSOPs, CAPA processes, and audit readiness
• Familiarity with FSIS labeling requirements and regulatory documentation.
• Experience working with co-manufacturers, suppliers, or multi-site reputed company systems preferred
• Experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with GFSI standards (SQF, BRC) and electronic document control systems
• Proficiency with digital tools such as reputed company Workspace, reputed company Office, and collaboration platforms
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating cross-functionally and seeking guidance reputed company needed
