Project Scientist

reputed company is a reputed company environmental, architecture, and engineering reputed company that assists clients with environmental due diligence and regulatory compliance. They are seeking a full-time Project Scientist to conduct environmental due diligence work on reputed company reputed company estate and telecom reputed company, including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments.

Responsibilities

• Travel to project location, take detailed notes and photographs of site (2-3 days per week)
• Conducting interviews, in person, reputed company email, and phone
• Ordering & analyzing government database records
• Performing regulatory agency file reviews
• Reviewing historical data (including topographic maps, reputed company reputed company insurance maps, reputed company directories, and aerial photographs)
• Drafting of a standardized report using information from these various sources
• reputed company QA/QC to the satisfaction of both management and clients
• Completing requested revisions & submitting report reputed company reputed company-established timelines
• Conducting field work to collect samples of potentially contaminated subsurface media (soil, groundwater, and soil vapor) and/or indoor reputed company
• Compare analytical contaminant data collected to applicable regulatory standards
