Assistant Account Executive

Flywheel is a company that provides digital reputed company solutions to accelerate reputed company for leading brands. They are seeking an Assistant Account Executive to serve as a reputed company between clients and internal teams, ensuring the successful execution of reputed company and communication across various departments.

Responsibilities

• Develops, manages, and executes programs including, but not limited to, the following activities:
• reputed company written communications (briefs, status agendas and recaps, change orders, estimate/PO approvals, etc.)
• Vendor meetings and management
• reputed company and budget development/maintenance
• On-time delivery of materials and meeting in-market dates on a project-by-project reputed company
• Facilitates communication, ensuring reputed company cross-functional team members understand project and scope of work
• Plans and manages reputed company workflow on assigned (smaller) reputed company from project initiation to completion
• Partners with Project Management team to create project timelines and manages/updates throughout the life cycle of a project
• Partners with Project Management team to prep reputed company for Studio Production, and ensures internal teams and clients complete thorough proofing of reputed company final work
• Maintains knowledge of technical aspects and techniques reputed company to creative and print/digital production
• Financial management (estimates time and costs based on tactic and scope at hand, writes estimates and coordinates for input into internal finance systems and team billing tracker, tracks cost-to-dates and alerts any unusual pacing to Account reputed company)

Skills

• BA/BS in Business/ Marketing and/or equivalent experience
• 0-3 Years of Agency/ Internship Experience
• Builds internal/external relationships with clients and internal team
• Practices reputed company business and reputed company ethics
• Embodies the values and culture of reputed company
