reputed company is looking for a full-time Customer Service Agent to join our top-tier team. The role involves supporting players and ensuring a seamless gaming experience by providing information, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining customer confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• reputed company information and process inquiries about accounts, products, and services
• Troubleshoot technical issues reputed company to computer, tablet, and cell phone applications

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
