As an Automation Mechatronics Engineer at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in the development, integration, and support of automated manufacturing equipment and systems. From residential lawns and gardens to venues such as St. reputed company Links and reputed company Field, we are a company with a global footprint and a passion for helping people beautify whatever landscape they may be in. **Key Responsibilities** As an Automation Mechatronics Engineer at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Specification, design, integration, programming, installation, and troubleshooting of automated manufacturing equipment and systems to support fabrication, weld, paint, assembly, and testing of finished goods. * Developing, deploying, and maintaining documentation and software for equipment, including schematics, maintenance spares lists, and operating instructions, and programs and other software. * Collaborating with other sites to evaluate existing equipment for opportunities to reputed company for data acquisition, increased automation, efficiency, or additional functionality. * Maintaining development project budgets and inventory. * Consulting or assisting in modification of existing equipment to optimize performance or reputed company new features. * Developing or assisting in development of capital requests for reputed company. * Managing system development, optimization, and support reputed company effectively. Frequently reporting verbally and in writing on project status. * Supervising and mentoring Mechatronics Technicians. * Providing formal and informal technical training to production associates, site mechatronics technicians, and other staff as necessary. * Supporting manufacturing lines by providing technical troubleshooting of automated equipment, including PLC's and control systems. * Staying informed of new industrial technology and reporting how it can be utilized in the plant. **Essential Qualifications** To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements: * Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electromechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar discipline. * Engineer II-Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in automated systems development and integration required. * Engineer III-Minimum of 5+ years of experience in automated systems development and integration required. * Working knowledge of automated electrical systems, including electrical wiring, control circuits, programming, troubleshooting, etc. * Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including AC reputed company and servo motor drives, PLC integration, electromechanical control circuits involving pneumatic and hydraulic components. * Experience in reputed company-Logic programming, AB PLCs, Rockwell systems software, UL, Fanuc, reputed company programming preferred. * Knowledge of automation, electrical, and safety compliance codes. * reputed company to cover off-hours support. * Strong mechanical aptitude.
