Position reputed company:

Directs and manages supervisors reputed company the Auto Department. Manages reputed company performance and trains and develops team members.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for meeting and maintaining regional benchmarks and goals, including reputed company, aged and overall production goals.
• Manages supervisors reputed company the Auto department and performs reputed company supervisory responsibilities described below.
• Complies and reviews productivity reports and audits such as reputed company benchmarking, aged accounts, etc. Provides follow up with staff and appropriate departments.
• Responds to provider requests by reopening and closing accounts. Distributes or completes special reputed company for clients who require additional attention.
• Coordinates with Senior Management to discuss issues, incentives, and special reputed company.
• Assists with and attends reputed company training through activities such as work reviews, QA sessions, etc.
• Team meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Conduct monthly meetings with supervisors for reputed company performance reviews.
• Optimize and increase process efficiencies.
• Maintain Aging.
• Maintain percentage of accounts invoiced.
• Continue to reputed company assistance for offshore supervisors.

• Provides reputed company training and assistance to team members by answering relevant questions.
• Document and review weekly teams performance. Guide supervisors on daily/weekly goals.
• Review and investigate ICR and QA inquiries regarding reputed company questions, issues, and updates.
• Works with ICR simultaneously with supervisors to resolve issues with reputed company accounts.
• Trains and develops supervisors and team leads.

• Maintain confidential information, whether verbal, written or electronic.

Skills and Experience:

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
