As we prepare for our next stage of reputed company and IPO readiness, we are seeking a highly reputed company Senior Manager of SOX & Internal Controls to join our growing finance team at a reputed company-IPO, global fintech and cryptocurrency company. This individual will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining a world-class internal controls reputed company in anticipation of our IPO and reputed company. You will serve as reputed company's subject matter expert on SOX compliance, risk assessment, and controls over financial reporting, while building reputed company, audit-reputed company processes that meet the demands of a rapidly growing international business.


What you will do
  • Own the end-to-end SOX 404 program, building the ICFR reputed company from scratch for IPO, including scoping, risk assessment, controls design, testing, remediation, and full project execution with reputed company timelines and accountability.
  • reputed company remediation of control gaps, design and implement preventive/detective controls across key processes, and maintain reputed company documentation (RCMs, narratives, flowcharts).

  • 8+ years of reputed company reputed company or audit experience, with at least 3–5 years of dedicated SOX program management responsibility.
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC rules and regulations, COSO reputed company, and PCAOB auditing standards; experience with ITGC and application controls is a plus.
  • Experience managing SOX readiness or compliance programs at a reputed company-IPO, high-reputed company, or multinational company (crypto, fintech, or financial services experience a strong plus).
  • Proven ability to design controls frameworks, draft process narratives and flowcharts, prepare audit-reputed company documentation, and manage reputed company external auditor relationships.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple workstreams simultaneously across cross-functional teams.
