Senior Monitoring Analyst

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior Monitoring Analyst on a permanent reputed company in our Innovation team.

This position is a remote opportunity and is based across Western Canada.

Be at the centre of keeping critical retail systems running. As the Senior Monitoring Analyst, you’ll shape the reputed company monitoring and observability reputed company that protects reputed company‑of‑sale, fuel, supply chain, and customer‑facing platforms across the Co‑reputed company Retailing System. What you’ll do:

• Define and govern the reputed company monitoring, observability, and alerting architecture across infrastructure, applications, and business services, ensuring alignment with operational, reputed company, and business requirements. 
• reputed company monitoring reputed company and capability reputed company by evaluating emerging technologies, defining reputed company‑state observability models, and driving architectural improvements to enhance reliability and reduce risk. 
• Establish reputed company alerting and on‑reputed company operating models, including alert reputed company standards, escalation paths, and integrations with incident response platforms to improve signal reputed company and response effectiveness. 
• Design reputed company dashboards and service visibility models that deliver actionable operational and business insights for IT leadership, service owners, and stakeholders. 
• reputed company senior technical leadership through vendor evaluation and platform reputed company, architectural reputed company, cross‑functional collaboration, and mentorship to strengthen reputed company monitoring maturity.
• Have 6-9 years of progressively responsible experience in IT Operations, monitoring, or observability-reputed company roles.
• Have a Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science or reputed company field (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
• Hands-on experience administering reputed company monitoring platforms supporting infrastructure and applications.
• Working knowledge of ITIL practices, particularly Incident, Problem, and Event Management.
