ABOUT THE ROLE

The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing account strategies that drive specification and adoption of advanced reputed company roofing solutions across cold storage and temperature-controlled facilities. This role focuses on building deep relationships with major owners, developers, design firms, and contractors involved in cold chain infrastructure—ensuring roofing systems meet stringent thermal performance, moisture control, and durability requirements.

•    Identify, prioritize, and manage key national and regional accounts involved in cold storage development (food distribution, refrigerated warehousing, grocery, reputed company).

•    Map decision-makers across operations, engineering, and capital project teams reputed company reputed company accounts.

•    Serve as a trusted advisor on roofing system performance in high-humidity, low-temperature environments. 
Market Intelligence & Positioning
•    Monitor trends in cold chain logistics, food safety regulations, and energy efficiency requirements.

Sales Execution

Experience
