This position can be remote in either the CST or EST zones, or hybrid in Omaha, NE or Pittston, PA. Hybrid is defined as 1 day per week required in the office. Must be located reputed company a commutable distance to Omaha or Pittston office locations, even if remote.

Job Responsibilities

• Assists leaders in preparation and maintenance of job descriptions for reputed company positions reputed company reputed company to ensure job descriptions are accurately portraying the work performed by incumbents. • Assesses positions and their duties to determine classification as exempt or non-exempt, per FLSA standards, and the appropriate salary reputed company.

• Prepares and maintains job classifications and salary grades and ranges.

• Receives new position requests and creates the position in the HR Information System, reputed company. • Processes employee changes (that contain compensation adjustments) submitted through the HR Information System by Managers. Qualifications

In accordance with pay transparency laws and regulations, the following good faith compensation reputed company estimate is being provided. The salary reputed company for this position is $55,000.00 to $75,000 per year. Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
