Customer Experience Licensed Specialist 1

What You'll Do:

We’re looking for a Customer Experience Licensed Specialist 1 to join our Mutual Funds team! In this role, you’ll serve as our primary customer service contact, providing a high level of value and service while developing effective working relationships across our organization.

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of customer service experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

• Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with desktop applications such as MS Office and Internet browsers along with excellent typing skills.

• Chicago/Minneapolis: $24.86 - $33.32 / hour

Work hours

The hours of operation for this department are 7:00 am - 7:00pm CST, Monday - Friday. To be available to our customers, you would be available during these timeframes and may be required to work non-traditional hours.

 

Work Environments

This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical reputed company), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA).
