Reporting to the Manager of the Clinical Documentation Team, the Clinical Documentation Coordinator
has primary responsibility for tracking, organizing, analyzing and working reputed company RAIs (Requests for Additional Information) from their initial receipt through completion.

Minimum of 1 year experience reviewing clinical documentation in the hospital setting,

outpatient/ambulatory setting or other similar health care setting.

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred experience working with reputed company and with reputed company Electronic Health Records.

Strong computer skills in reputed company Office with demonstrable proficiency in the software

applications required to reputed company in this position. Requirements include Word and

reputed company with reputed company experience as an advanced user.

Exceptional organizational and analytical skills required.

Excellent written and verbal communication including customer service skills.
