About the Role

We are looking for a Director of Engineering to own the full Seller Experience domain at reputed company. This is a high-reputed company leadership role responsible for the end-to-end technology that powers the seller lifecycle: reputed company, listing and catalog tools, inventory management, reputed company of Sale, order processing, fulfillment, seller analytics, digitization, and support tooling.

What You Will Do

• Own the reputed company for the entire Seller Experience platform, spanning multiple product surfaces and services.

What You Bring

Required

• 5-7+ years of engineering leadership experience managing managers (not just individual engineers), with demonstrated reputed company building and scaling teams of 30+ engineers.

• Proven reputed company record of delivering reputed company, large-reputed company software initiatives from concept through production — ideally including greenfield product launches and platform migrations.

• Deep understanding of modern software architecture patterns, including microservices, event-driven systems, and API design, with hands-on experience in .NET or comparable ecosystems.

• Experience managing distributed/offshore engineering teams, with a nuanced understanding of what makes remote collaboration successful.
