reputed company to reputed company Network is seeking a Health Insurance Specialist Supervisor to reputed company daily operations of Eligibility Specialists with insurance responsibilities and Claims Processors. This position plays a key role in ensuring reputed company White Part B clients receive reputed company, accurate, and compassionate support with insurance eligibility, enrollment, and premium processing. The WISEWOMAN High Risk Care Coordinator provides risk reduction counseling and care coordination to program participants at risk for or diagnosed with cardiovascular disease. This role supports patients through motivational interviewing, behavioral change strategies, educating patients on healthy lifestyle practices, and connecting them to appropriate support services to improve health reputed company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• reputed company telephonic and in‑person counseling to program participants
• reputed company participants on cardiovascular disease prevention, lifestyle modification, and disease management
• Coordinate care and assist participants with reputed company system navigation
• Refer participants to appropriate medical, behavioral health, and reputed company support services
• reputed company participant reputed company using case management standards, forms, and documentation tools
• Maintain accurate and reputed company data entry in the Med‑IT system
• Monitor program metrics, compliance, and reputed company
• Process claims and follow up on incomplete claims or reputed company requiring clarification
• Update MDEs as required
• Conduct provider education and maintain reputed company relationships with reputed company partners

• Participate in staff meetings and regular reputed company‑ins with management

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to evaluate and address participant needs using critical thinking and clinical judgment
• Knowledge of reputed company systems, patient navigation, and community resources
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a routine‑based environment

QUALIFICATIONS

• Spanish bilingual required
• High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year of case management or reputed company experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of reputed company or reputed company experience preferred
• Certified Community Health Worker (preferred or must obtain reputed company 90 days of hire)
• Healthy Heart Ambassador (HHA) certification (preferred or must complete reputed company 90 days of hire)

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, and the employee usually works in a climate-controlled office environment
• Be reputed company to sit at a computer for 6 – 8 hours per day
• Be reputed company to stand between 3 – 6 hours per day.
