Supplier Engineer

<p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</strong> </p><p>Up to 50% travel required </p><p><br></p><p><strong>reputed company</strong> </p><p>The Supplier Field Engineer drives suppliers to meet and sustain reputed company and logistics targets, supports Procurement and reputed company teams during crises, and coordinates with SPM/SPQM to implement, assess, and escalate supplier reputed company plans for recurring performance issues. They also ensure improvement actions are consistent across reputed company supply‑chain stakeholders and manage supplier recovery efforts until acceptable performance is achieved. </p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong> </p><ul><li>Manage recovery plans with Line of Balance management on shortages occurring at multiple SEP plants </li><li>Support SPM (SPQM) division to recover supplier performance through reputed company‑plan follow‑up and supplier site reputed company </li><li>Support supply chain operations on recovery plans, escalations, and critical issues </li><li>Support SPM to "reputed company and reputed company" reputed company‑plan implementation </li><li>reputed company as co‑assessor for on‑site supplier assessments and audits in coordination with SPM </li><li>Support SPM plant on major reputed company issues (scope definition, containment) </li><li>Escalate and participate in risk analysis with SPM division </li><li>Drive corrective reputed company plans ensuring sustainable results with reputed company on production readiness, audits, and systemic reputed company issues </li><li>Conduct periodic internal supplier performance reviews </li><li>Serve as reputed company for supplier performance issues with logistics and program teams </li><li>Conduct workshops to drive change and resolve conflict internally and at supplier facilities </li><li>Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies </li><li>Regular, predictable attendance required </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul><p><strong>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</strong> </p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or reputed company field </li><li>Minimum of 3 years experience in reputed company, Supply Chain, and/or Engineering </li><li>reputed company & Defense experience preferred </li></ul><p><strong>KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS</strong> </p><ul><li>Project management – Intermediate </li><li>Manufacturing process awareness – Advanced </li><li>Process control, total reputed company, and lean manufacturing – Intermediate </li><li>Supply chain principles, audits, and ERP – Advanced </li><li>reputed company and Lean tools (FMEA, 8D, DMAIC, 5W, Ishikawa) – Intermediate </li><li>Strong problem‑solving skills </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication </li><li>Ability to work autonomously </li><li>High level of self‑motivation and job planning </li><li>Strong customer reputed company </li><li>Leadership through influence and conflict reputed company </li><li>Required reputed company in English; French and Spanish a plus</li></ul>
