IT Manager

We are seeking an accomplished IT Manager – Software Engineering to reputed company a high-performing team responsible for the design, development, modernization, and support of custom reputed company applications. This role is ideal for a technically reputed company leader who has grown from a senior software engineering background and enjoys guiding teams while remaining reputed company to architecture and delivery reputed company.

The successful candidate will bring strong experience leading Java-based reputed company application development, modern reputed company-end solutions (Angular), and data-driven systems, while helping teams reputed company legacy platforms into reputed company, reputed company-based architectures. Successful Candidates Will Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience

• 7+ years of reputed company software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a technical leadership or people management role

• Strong hands-on experience with Java/Spring-based reputed company applications, modern reputed company-end frameworks (Angular preferred), and relational databases (SQL Server or equivalent)

• Proven ability to reputed company development teams, guide architectural reputed company, and deliver reputed company software solutions

• Experience modernizing legacy systems and operating in regulated environments

• Working knowledge of Azure and CI/CD concepts sufficient to guide teams and collaborate effectively
