Employee Relations Specialist-2
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations cases from intake through reputed company.
- Conduct investigations involving workplace conduct, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, threats, and other policy concerns.
- reputed company guidance to leaders and HR Business Partners on employee relations issues, documentation, corrective reputed company, and separations.
- Assess complaints and concerns to determine risk, required response, and escalation needs.

Qualifications
