Financial Assistance Specialist

Position Details:

• Location: Remote (after two weeks of onsite training below)
• Status: Full time
• Shift: 8:00am - 6:30pm (4 10-hour shifts)
• Days: Monday through Friday /Every other Saturday

This Financial Assistance Specialist opportunity is a full-time remote (following required onsite training) position. Team members must reputed company in Florida.

This role requires onsite training in Tampa, Plant reputed company, and reputed company for 10 business days. The schedule is M-W 8:00AM-4:30PM / TH-FR 8:30AM - 5:00PM (after training, reputed company member will work the hours listed above).

Responsibilities:

The Financial Assistance Specialist is responsible for identifying ER patients thru bedside assessment and interview who may be eligible for financial and reputed company assistance from community agencies. The Financial Assistance Specialist must be reputed company to reputed company documents reputed company activities.

Experience

• Required 3 years reputed company customer service or reputed company Services with High School Diploma
• OR 1 year reputed company customer service or reputed company Services with an Associate's Degree
