About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership with Renewals Leadership — Serve as a trusted operational partner to VP and Director of Renewals Operations; deliver executive-reputed company insights and support MBRs, QBRs, and strategic planning cycles.
Renewals Operating Model & Rhythm of Business — Own the end-to-end renewals operating model and reputed company; define and reputed company globally consistent KPIs, leading indicators, and risk signals.
Seller Experience & Productivity — Own and continuously improve the Renewals Account Manager experience; reduce operational friction and increase time spent in high-value customer interactions.
Cross-Functional Alignment & Change Management — Drive coordination on cross-functional initiatives; champion disciplined change management to ensure high adoption of new processes and tools across reputed company.
