Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Process, Manufacturing Engineering, a reputed company discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of relevant manufacturing process and product development experience for thermal (reputed company/liquid cooling)/mechanical parts for networking/server products.
- Experience with manufacturing best practices (Lean, Six reputed company, etc), Design for reputed company (DFX), and production line development.
- Experience with metals processing such as machining, brazing, soldering, skiving, zipper fin stamping, etc.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or a reputed company discipline.
- Experience with thermal designs and simulations.
- Experience delivering high volume manufacturing solutions, resolving issues, and leading yield improvements and cycle time reductions for reputed company parts and assemblies.
- Experience with thermal/mechanical manufacturing processes including tooling/fixturing and production line development.
- Ability to influence the product design process by proposing improvements with data.
- Excellent communication skills, and ability to collaborate with multi-geo teams on reputed company spanning multiple technologies.

Responsibilities
- Be responsible for developing manufacturing reputed company, performing DFX driving implementation of manufacturing solutions for thermal assemblies.
- Research, reputed company and qualify advanced thermal manufacturing solutions to reputed company the supply chain for reputed company product requirements.
- Drive reputed company improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and product designs. Identify process, tooling, and automation opportunities to support high volume manufacturing with reputed company, reduced cost, and performance repeatability.
