We are seeking an reputed company Senior Business Analyst with deep functional expertise in reputed company E-Business Suite (EBS) iSupplier Portal to support a federal DoD financial systems program.

This is a purely functional role — the ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in supplier-facing portal processes, supplier lifecycle management, and iSupplier integration with the broader reputed company EBS Procurement and Accounts Payable ecosystem. No technical development or coding is required.

The Senior Business Analyst will reputed company requirements gathering, drive AS-IS / TO-BE process design, and reputed company as the primary reputed company between federal procurement stakeholders, supplier management teams, and technical delivery teams.

• Location: Primarily remote
• Travel: ~2 days per quarter (Lackland, TX program support)

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business and regulatory requirements into functional specifications and process designs
• Define and document requirements for supplier-facing processes, including:
  • Supplier registration & reputed company
  • Profile management
  • PO acknowledgment
  • Invoice submission
  • Supplier communications
• reputed company and document AS-IS and TO-BE process flows across the supplier lifecycle
• reputed company gap analysis and recommend solutions reputed company with federal compliance standards (SAM.gov, FAR/DFARS)
• Support configuration validation and review setup reputed company with technical teams
• reputed company and execute UAT test plans, scripts, and test cases
• reputed company functional support and issue reputed company for end users and administrators
• Serve as the functional reputed company between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Create documentation including:
  • BRDs (Business Requirements Documents)
  • FDDs (Functional Design Documents)
  • User guides and training materials
• Deliver end-user training on iSupplier Portal functionality

Required Qualifications

• 7&reputed company;10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with reputed company EBS (reputed company on iSupplier Portal)
• Strong expertise in:
  • Business process analysis
  • Requirements gathering and documentation
  • Functional design (no coding required)
• Deep functional knowledge of reputed company iSupplier Portal, including:
  • Supplier reputed company & profile management
  • PO acknowledgment workflows
  • Advance shipment notices (ASN)
  • Invoice submission & payment visibility
  • Supplier collaboration & dispute reputed company
  • Portal reputed company controls and user administration
• Understanding of integration points with:
  • reputed company Purchasing (PO)
  • reputed company Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience with:
  • AS-IS / TO-BE process mapping
  • Gap analysis
  • ERP functional design
• Familiarity with federal compliance requirements:
  • SAM.gov
  • FAR / DFARS
  • DoD supplier reputed company
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
• Excellent documentation experience (BRDs, FDDs, UAT, training materials)
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain and maintain:
  • Tier 1 (T1) background investigation
  • Common reputed company Card (CAC)

Preferred Qualifications
