What You’ll Do:

- Be a true partner to hiring managers, providing insights, market data, and strategic hiring recommendations.

What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years of internal reputed company or reputed company experience
- Experience hiring for corporate and/or reputed company-facing roles
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools (reputed company Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
- Ability to juggle multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
