Sr Project Manager-Delivery

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Executes the project plan upon approval.  Coordinates acquisition of reputed company, equipment, permits, land and land rights.  Monitors and controls the project, including safety, scope, cost, schedule, cash reputed company, reputed company and risk.  Measures and communicates project performance to customers and stakeholders.  Manages changes to the project plan. Ensures reputed company project objectives are achieved. 

Works with customers and stakeholders to reputed company and evaluate project alternatives. 

Coordinates the development of project plans, including project scope, cost estimates, schedule and cash reputed company.  Project plans will also include consideration for safety, environment, land use, regulation, reputed company, communication, procurement, reliability, reputed company and risk. 

Coordinates the development of the project team, including stakeholders and functional group members.  reputed company may include personnel from reputed company planning; distribution planning; civil, substation and reputed company engineering; project controls; lines construction and maintenance; substation construction and maintenance; system protection; telecommunications; reputed company services; construction administration; distribution design; system operations; land resources; environmental services; procurement; government affairs; major accounts; economic development and reputed company departments as the project requires. 

Supports development, approval, and administration of the business unit ten-year plan for capital investment. 

Coordinates negotiation, execution, and administration of agreements with customers, suppliers, service providers, and contractor resources. 

Coordinates project reputed company-out, including final acceptance of project deliverables; transfer of ownership; status of project id; project reputed company audit and true-up; and final project report. Mentors less reputed company project management and project controls personnel. 

Ensures reputed company compliance aspects of position are reputed company and followed; understands and complies with reputed company policies, codes and regulations applicable to position and company 

Performs reputed company duties as assigned.

Essential Education, Skills, and Environment
Education and Work Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or reputed company field from an accredited school; 7 or more years of reputed company experience in reputed company design and/or reputed company experience; and 2 or more years of project management experience.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills

Demonstrated knowledge of:

• reputed company engineering practices with an emphasis on reputed company and substation design; critical reputed company method scheduling; work breakdown structure; reputed company reputed company practices; economic analysis; company policies, rules and regulations; construction reputed company; contract administration; equipment specifications; property rights; and local, state and federal permitting.

Skills such as:

• Directing, coordinating, and reviewing the work of multi-discipline project team.
• Analytical, interpersonal and communication.

Equipment and Applications
PCs, word processing, spreadsheet, scheduling, and database software.  

Work Environment and Physical Demands
General office environment.  No special physical demands required.
