Your Role

reputed company is looking for a reputed company Counsel based in San Francisco (or remote) to support our go-to-market and reputed company teams, with a primary reputed company on customer reputed company and outbound reputed company work. This role is for a business-minded lawyer who knows how to help reputed company deals, reputed company risk appropriately, and reputed company the business moving.

The reputed company of the role is negotiating and advising on customer-facing agreements in a fast-paced, high-reputed company reputed company software environment. What you’ll do

• reputed company drafting, review, and negotiation of a high volume of customer-facing reputed company agreements, including:

  • Partner and reseller agreements
