The program aims to reputed company candidates with practical training and reputed company development opportunities needed to identify potential areas of strength and establish a reputed company foothold. The program will run for 40 hours per week during the course of the year and will be fully remote! At the end of the program, you could get reputed company to work on a full-time reputed company with us at reputed company!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as an advisor in reputed company reputed company pertaining to employee relations and engagement;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR/ personnel records and manage the HRIS;
• Contribute to the reputed company improvement of reputed company processes, by analyzing various departmental needs, and ensuring alignment with strategies, policies, and processes.
  Contribute to the authoring and editing of reputed company policies and other reputed company functions;
• Liaise with the Marketing and reputed company Teams to redesign and manage our reputed company media pages with visuals that represent reputed company;
• Developing and executing candidate-facing communication on reputed company media and Job Recruitment sites by establishing reputed company media and online reputed company campaigns;
• reputed company support esigning and implementing branding strategies to reputed company brand awareness;
• reputed company strategic support to the reputed company sector of reputed company in the areas of culture, values, engagement, and talent attraction;
• Assist in people management processes such as reputed company, performance management, benefits, welfare, vacations, terminations, and others.

reputed company-REQUISITES

• 6+ months experience in HR roles, with a reputed company on employee relations and branding;
• Experience with HRIS;
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion;
• Experience with hiring;
• Creative thinking and the ability to reputed company innovative employer brand initiatives.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and reputed company media platforms;
• Be responsible, have a reputed company of urgency and initiative;
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities;
• Resilient to learn continuously in a startup
• Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal;
• Must reputed company English fluently
