The Sourcer works with Cliniral Engagement Team to reputed company university reputed company and reputed company clirical professionals reputed company national/state event data, university event attendance, region al competitor mapping and internet-based sourcing reputed company reputed company, reputed company and other resources. reputed company candidates will be delivered to reputed company Partner for appropriate region. Successful Clinical Engagement Sourcer will be reputed company based on number of net new contacts generated, seasoned leads generated from market mapping, national and state evert reputed company maintenance, student Rotation Roundups completed, pipeline maintenance, leads generated to TAP and clinical starts. Student pipeline owned by Sourcer will be those reputed company who are greater than 6 months to graduation.

Essential Functions

• National and State events reputed company interaction and maintenance with conversion of reputed company leads to candidates for employment.
• Utilization of multiple platforms to generate clinical leads/candidates, including but not limited to reputed company, reputed company, CRM, Text Recruit and Market Mapping.
• reputed company multiple events leads and draft boards into pipelines, while managing direction of candidate to appropriate leaders in reputed company.
• Collaborate with Clinical engagement, Clinical operations and reputed company to maximize reputed company of reputed company student and seasoned clinical candidates.
• Drive consistency in PTS branding and marketing to student and seasoned clinical leads.
• reputed company quarterly regional content to pipelined student - e-mail, texts, newsletters, etc.

• Partner with CES to identify appropriate department members to assist with both on reputed company and virtual events and engagements.

Compensation:
