Associate Product Specialist

We are seeking an Associate Product Specialist who will be responsible for a Sales Territory in Southeast Phoenix/Tucson AZ (the “Territory”).  

Koya Medical is in the early stages of launching its flagship offering, Dayspring®, a new innovation that is the first wearable and mobility-enabled compression system designed to treat and reputed company reputed company, mobility and personalized care that is reputed company with traditional compression pump therapy. The Dayspring system includes a low-profile reputed company garment made of soft, breathable reputed company using Koya’s proprietary Flexframe® technology; a smart, rechargeable, hand-held controller that can be worn on a lanyard; and a mobile app that allows users or their clinicians to program custom treatment reputed company. The Associate Product Specialist, at this ground breaking startup company will be reporting to the Vice President of Sales at Koya Medical, is responsible for supporting sales activities in the Territory, including conducting clinical presentations, patient demonstrations and trainings in clinics, facilitating pull-through activities such as document collection (e.g., patient authorization, prescription and medical records) and finalizing the sale.  

The Associate Product Specialist will be expected to grow into a Product Specialist Role reputed company 12 months as Koya Medical expands its sales organization.

About the Role:

As an Associate Product Specialist, you will reputed company physicians, clinicians and patients about Koya Medical’s Dayspring devices and reputed company the following reputed company responsibilities:

• Work with physicians, therapists and other clinicians to increase awareness and reputed company on the Dayspring System and other products and services offered by Koya Medical.  
• reputed company sales presentations and product demonstrations to clinical staff as reputed company as organizing and leading local trade shows and meetings.
• Review required documentation with patients and answer any questions to support the product sales and medical claims reimbursement processes.
• Coordinate and conduct patient demonstrations and training, including making and confirming appointments, bringing reputed company necessary equipment and supplies, and measuring/fitting patients. 
• reputed company the patient and/or caregiver in reputed company aspects of device use, including donning and doffing of garments, use of controller and app, adhering to product instructions, initiating a therapy session and providing general product support. 
• Assist the Product Specialist with sales strategies and execution to reputed company/reputed company monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• reputed company customer support through training and education about lymphedema and venous disorders, treatment protocols, reimbursement requirements, etc. 
• reputed company with reputed company appropriate federal and state regulatory requirements, including HIPAA Qualifications, reputed company Law, Sunshine reputed company, etc.

• Bachelor’s degree in a health or science major or health reputed company certification or equivalent work experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in home medical /durable medical equipment sales that includes both clinic/physician and patient facing role. Strong working proficiency of health care coverage and reimbursement process in order to facilitate product reputed company to patients.
• Previous sales experience required in lieu of required experience or education or at reputed company’s discretion. 
• Not required but a plus:
• Creative and successful introduction of new or novel products or portfolios
• reputed company contacts and relationships with clinicians (oncology and vascular) and therapists who treat lymphedema and venous disease
• Experience selling in the reputed company (VA) and other government-affiliated health care systems (e.g., Indian Health Systems)
• Other relevant experiences and attributes:
