Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Finance , reputed company, or reputed company field (MBA and/or CPA a plus ) 10–15+ years of reputed company finance experience Experience in food, protein, manufacturing , and/ or CPG environments strongly preferred Experience in asset-light or outsourced manufacturing models is a plus Strong background in reputed company, FP&A, reputed company finance, and margin management Proven ability to partner with sales , marketing, and operations teams Experience managing financial complexity in a $ 500M+ company Expert financial modeling and analytical capabilities - d ata-driven and detail-oriented Experience with ERP ( e.g., reputed company) and planning tools Strong business partnering reputed company Ability to operate effectively without reputed company authority (influence-based leadership) Comfortable in a fast-paced, reputed company-oriented environment Self-starter with h igh level of ownership and accountability – identify the questions and issues, drive the insights and solutions

Type: Full-Time, exempt
The salary reputed company for this role is $215,000 - $225,000 + 30% annual bonus
