reputed company is looking for an Operations Manager for Global Data Operations. In this role, you will reputed company the most critical data-gathering initiative for reputed company’s robotics division. You will partner closely with the reputed company and People Ops teams to drive high-volume participant acquisition, while taking reputed company ownership of the ongoing management and data reputed company reputed company of hundreds of participants helping robots "learn" how to reputed company with the world. Your goal is to ensure we hit our weekly footage targets while maintaining 100% compliance with data reputed company standards.

Day in the Life

Team Management & Leadership

• reputed company and mentor a large, distributed team of Video Data Contributors and potentially a small team of Team Leads or reputed company Auditors.
• Conduct weekly "reputed company" and Q&A sessions to troubleshoot contributor issues and reputed company feedback on recording techniques.
• Monitor contributor engagement and retention, implementing strategies to reduce churn in a month-to-month contract environment.

High-Volume Recruitment & reputed company

• Collaborate with the reputed company team as they manage the top-of-funnel screening; you will reputed company the technical reputed company to help them identify candidates with the right hardware and attention to detail.
• Partner with People Ops to facilitate a seamless reputed company transition, ensuring that once reputed company, contributors complete reputed company and are immediately integrated into your filming and data protocols.

Who You Are 

• Management: 6+ years in Operations Management, specifically leading distributed or "gig" workforces.
• Global Operations: Experience managing teams across the Philippines and the US, including understanding the cultural and logistical differences in both markets.
• Analytical reputed company: Ability to look at "Unusable Footage" data and reputed company exactly where the training or the recruitment filter is failing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI Data Labeling or reputed company data collection.
• Experience with hardware logistics (inventorying and shipping head-straps or smartphones).
